Trip of China - Shanghai
Many people want visit China and see the changes and development of China,so do I.After went to China,I was attracted by it, because every city has its own culture and personality and they all different.Now I am going to tell you my opinion of each city and the places you should go to visit of each city to easy your trip if you want come to China.As we know that is impossible for us to see the whole China in a short time so we just can see the popular and important places.Now I am going to tell you one by one according to the cities I visited.
My first stop in China is Shanghai,I went to Shanghai museum first,I saw the calligraphy showroom when I just enter into this building. They are showing seal character,an ancient style of calligraphy current in the Han dynasty,cursive style,running script,and regular script these 5 different characters.The vary of calligraphy from one period to another represent the progress of each society and China.
After is the art showroom,I saw many water color,water ink paintings and wonder how they can manage paint with different brushes (big or small even tiny ) to have such good paintings.Then is the seal room,this room has many different seals from the King till the common people,different seals means different status or social position so that is why in the imperial family of ancient time even many princes fight for the Crown but only the one who has the seal can become the emperor.Nowadays people also use seals but most of them are from the offices or companies,normal people would like to collect them.
The fourth one is the furniture room,from the different furnitures,we can see the different lives of ancient peoples and different living ways or styles.At the end I went to see the coins room,the changes of coins means the transition of the times.
After that I walked along the people square to the nanjing road -the famous walking street,and from here you can see the changes and development of Shanghai.Walking along this street to the end o! f east n anjing road,you will see the bund,standing on the bund,you can see the view of Pudong which is totally different from Puxi.People said Puxi is the old Shanghai but Pudong is the new Shanghai now I understand why.The development of Pudong shows people the development of Shanghai.
After I went to Pudong by tunnel to see the Pearl tower, so called tunnel personally,I think it is just like a new high science and technology boat which shorten the distance from Puxi to Pudong;but only have one point different that is this boat doesnot walk on the water is walk on the tunnel.Actually you also can go by ferry to Pudong which is also fast(10 minutes to Pudong )and cheaper (2 yuan only).From the top of the tower to see the tall buildings below,you will be surprised by the fast development of Shanghai,also China.At the ground floor is the Shanghai history library,you can see the changes of lives of Shanghai people and also the changes of Shanghai.
Maybe you will wonder,so big city should have a popular place for night entertainment?That's for sure -Xintiandi,the famous place in Shanghai,drive by taxi from the Pearl tower to there just 15 minutes.From here they can provide you all the things you need, drinking, dancing, playing....everything.
When you visited all of those places above,your holidays of Shanghai almost finish so now you need buy some souvenirs for your families or friends.Don't worry next is where I am telling you.Yu garden,here have any souvenir you want,special products of Shanghai such as silk clothes,Chinese tea or chopsticks.Also have the other things such as Chinese paintings,pearls,or antique.By the way here the Yu garden is a beautiful place also,inside have many ancient style architectures and designings.
This is Shanghai,big city,modern city.In short,my feeling of Shanghai is:the peoples are very friendly and enthusiasm;the city even big and crowed but very clean.
Suggestion:Travel in Shanghai you don't need to take taxi always because the visiting places almost al! l in the same district -Huangpu district,you just need to buy a map of Shanghai then it can showing you all the places because the maps are written very detail and clearly of every places by the way,they also have English. But if you want go to Pudong you can go by taxi if you want save time,the taxi in Shanghai also very cheap just 11yuan for the basic distance.Otherwise you also can try the bus or subway they all convenience.
